The Caswell House is available for Weddings/Receptions and business meetings. The house can accommodate up to 200 for a stand-up reception or 90 for a sit-down dinner party.

We accept MasterCard and Visa for house rental payments.
Rental Rates are as follows for January - October:

A $200 cleaning deposit and $250 security deposit are required in addition to the rental fee to secure a date. Both deposits are refundable within 30 days of the event date as long as the house is left in its original condition.
