Class Description:

Recommended for youth ages 8-13

6:00 - 7:30 pm, Tuesday, November 11 or Wednesday, November 12

Bring your children to the Caswell House for an evening of instruction in holiday etiquette while you and your friends shop our unique collection of holiday gifts and decorations.  Students will spend the evening upstairs in our tea room learning how to be a happy host and gracious guest for holiday gatherings, gift giving and receiving, writing thank-you notes, and a few dining skills particularly relevant during the holiday season.  Students will be served a light snack and beverage.

While your children hone their holiday social skills, you'll enjoy relaxed shopping throughout the Caswell House with a glass of wine or other non-alcoholic beverage and light appetizers.  Complimentary admission to Christmas at Caswell for 2 adults is included per student for this event (2 for 1 special price/$30 value).

If you have questions about this program, please contact us.

There is a registration fee for attending the class. Proceeds benefit the preservation projects of the Caswell House, which is a city, state, and national historic landmark. The Caswell House Etiquette Class is staffed by Austin Junior Forum volunteers, and all instructors are donating their time and expertise.
