The Caswell House Experience

Experience the historic charm and versatility of the Daniel H. Caswell House, featuring two spacious floors, two full kitchens, an elevator, three restrooms, and multiple private spaces for getting ready and relaxing. Our flexible floor plan allows the house to transform beautifully for weddings, luncheons, receptions, meetings, and social gatherings.

For your convenience, we offer rental options for tables, chairs, bars, podiums, and A/V equipment, with setup and storage included. On the second floor, our elegant Steinway piano, located in the turret, provides a beautiful focal point and the perfect accompaniment for live music.

Enjoy the flexibility to choose your own caterer and event service providers, or ask us about our Preferred Caterers. When you select one of our Preferred Caterers, you’ll receive one additional hour of venue rental at no additional charge.
