• Courtyard Ceremony: Up to 100 guests
• Indoor Ceremony: Up to 100 guests
• Indoor Seated Reception: 80–85 guests
• Balcony Seated Reception: Up to 14 guests
• Cocktail-Style Reception: Up to 150 guests

Bride & Groom Suites

The Caswell House offers dedicated spaces for both sides of the wedding party to prepare, relax, and enjoy the moments leading up to the celebration.

Our first-floor library provides a comfortable, private retreat for getting ready and relaxing before the ceremony. Upstairs, a spacious private suite with its own restroom offers additional room for the wedding party to prepare for the ceremony and reception.

Bridal Portraits

The Caswell House provides a timeless backdrop for bridal portraits, with beautifully furnished rooms, historic architectural details, and elegant spaces offering classic settings for unforgettable photographs.

As a special benefit, brides who reserve the Caswell House for their wedding receive complimentary use of the house for bridal portraits during regular office hours, subject to availability.
